Is Your Young Hitter Capable of More at the
Plate?

If you're here, chances are you've watched your young hitter step into the batter's box knowing they're capable of more, yet struggle to show it during games.
Maybe they're working hard in practice but still aren't making consistent, solid contact.
Maybe they've started losing confidence after strikeouts or frustrating at-bats.
Or maybe you're simply wondering:

"What should my child actually be working on"

With so much hitting advice available today, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. One coach says one thing. A video online says another. Before long, your young hitter is thinking about too many things instead of simply competing with confidence.

The problem isn't that your young hitter can't improve. They may simply need a clear plan, the right fundamentals, and a swing they can trust.

That's why Youth Hitting Academy was created—to give parents of baseball and softball players ages 10–13 a simple, step-by-step system that helps their young hitter build confidence, make more solid contact, and develop a swing they can trust.

Your Young Hitter May Be:

✓ Frustrated by strikeouts or inconsistent at-bats

✓ Unsure what to focus on during practice

✓ Thinking about too many things at the plate

✓ Struggling to make consistent, solid contact

If this sounds like your young hitter, you're in the right place.

You don't need more random drills or complicated mechanics.

You need a simple, age-appropriate system that helps your young hitter build confidence—one skill at a time.

A Simpler Way to Build Better Hitters

Young hitters improve faster when they master one skill at a time—not when they're overloaded with dozens of swing thoughts.

That's why Youth Hitting Academy teaches a simple, age-appropriate system that builds confidence one step at a time.

When young hitters think less, they're free to compete with confidence.

Imagine If Your Young Hitter...

✓ Walked to the plate feeling confident instead of nervous

✓ Knew exactly what to focus on during practice

✓ Made more consistent, solid contact

✓ Trusted their swing instead of overthinking it

✓ Stepped into every at-bat believing they could succeed

Thats the kind of confidence and progress Youth Hitting Academy is designed to help build.

Meet Coach Dave

For more than 30 years, Coach Dave has helped young baseball and softball players build confidence, make more solid contact, and develop swings they can trust.

As a former Division I baseball player and coach at the junior high, high school, and college levels, Coach Dave has learned what helps young hitters improve—and what often holds them back.

He believes young hitters improve fastest when they’re taught the right fundamentals in the right order.

That’s why he created Youth Hitting Academy, a simple, step-by-step system designed to help players ages 10–13 practice with purpose, build lasting confidence, and develop sound hitting habits.

His philosophy is simple: Less is Best.

Young hitters don't need more confusion. They need the right skills, taught in the right order.

Here's What Parents Are Seeing.

Real experiences from parents whose young hitters are building confidence, making more solid contact, and enjoying the game more.

George, Parent of 10-year-old

Since working with Coach Dave, we've seen noticeable improvements in both my son's confidence and performance at the plate. Just as importantly, he's enjoying the process and looks forward to getting better.

 Tim E., Parent of 13-year-old

When my 13-year-old son started working with Coach Dave, we quickly noticed improvements in his stance, approach, and confidence at the plate. Within a week, we could already see a difference. By the end of his school baseball season, he led the team in most offensive categories and carried that confidence into summer baseball, where he was making solid contact and having more fun than ever. What we appreciated most was Coach Dave's step-by-step approach and his ability to explain the ‘why’ behind each drill.

Tim N., Parent of 12-year-old

I really appreciate you working with my son. He’s shown more growth over the past two sessions than he did over the previous two years of lessons.
